Black butterfly

Interesting abstract work, abstract portrait. Black butterfly is not a tattoo I see on his cheek is a brand that carries a whole story. Perhaps this legend, which was told to me by a friend, but after hearing her , I wanted to dedicate this picture. This story of a courtesan by the name of"Black butterfly", who conquered the hearts of men . Of course society has condemned her. Once in love with her young man who wanted to marry her, but the boy's parents did not allow him to contact the courtesan, and persuaded local people to stoned her .The people gladly did this, rasmoscow the head to death young stray. The young man has gone to wanderings, but in the rock above the city , where they lived, made an engraving of the beloved to perpetuate her image. I tried to imagine thus this legend. Beauty, eternity, love and prejudice, condemnation of society, suffering , cruelty, prejudice against the courtesan , the destruction of relationships - all of this can be seen in this picture. Her image is immortalized not only in rock, but in my painting.
