Writing icons in accordance with the requirements of the icon-painting canon, observing the ancient technology of writing based on natural pigments using egg yolk emulsion (egg tempera). Implementation of lists from museum samples, while maintaining the style of the era, both on gold and on a colorful background. The use of gold leaf and silver leaf for decoration, decorating icons, blackening on silver and gold. I only gild for polyment. I have been painting icons since 2016.
Basic knowledge related to icon-painting technique, gilding, the study of iconographic canons, theology, various iconographic styles and historical aspects related to the peculiarities of iconographic styles were acquired by me in the icon-painting school at the Moscow courtyard of the Valaam St. Transfiguration Stauropegeal Monastery.
I also make collectible toys on a movable skeleton in a realistic style and birds from eco-materials (tinted artificial fur, polymer clay, silicone, plastic skeleton, synthetic filler, glass and metal granules, epoxy resin).
