SERGEY MOISEENKO (1966-2014)
The name of the artist Sergey Moiseenko well known to many connoisseurs.
He was born in 1966 in the village of Sunari Krasnoyarsk region. He studied at the art school of the decorative Department. Filed documents in Krasnoyarsk art Institute.
