Koval Aleksandr

Alexander Koval was born 9 April 1974 in the city of Lipetsk. Craving for the visual arts was awakened to him in early childhood - with pleasure drew in pencil, and sometimes pen, paper house and garden of his grandmother, who now lives near Voronezh, made other sketches.

Since Alexander's father was a soldier, he had to repeatedly change the place of residence: Central Russia, Ural, Siberia, Kamchatka, Lithuania, Ivan, Mongolia. Picturesque corners of the places where he lived and where he went (to Poland and Turkey) artist for many years appear on his canvases. The theme of the work of Alexander Koval is not less than the geography of his locations: fields, forests, groves, parks, Russian houses, Ukrainian huts, monuments, rivers, seascapes...

Each season in its own nature bestows beauty. While the artist glorifies the beauty of a brush and paints. To be found among his works, and still lifes.

And once passed through the street of the Soviet resident of Kamchatka, who was a guest in Nikolaev relatives and staying at paintings of Alexander Koval, found out one of them the hill of his native land.

In the land of volcanoes, he spent that period of my life called "adolescence". And may have passed since many years, he was able to faithfully depict what he saw in his youth. And this is not the only case.

Of course, could not Nikolaev, the artist Alexander Koval does not sing and the beauty of the black sea steppe region, which became native for him. He first arrived in Nikolaev, when he was seven years old. But not for long. Circumstances have developed so that the Peninsula between the bug and Ingul had to proselytise on the Peninsula located between the sea of Okhotsk and the Pacific ocean. However, in 1989, by fate, he was back in the city of Saint Nicholas. Here were trained the skill of honored artist of Ukraine Mikhail Ryasnyansky, and before arriving here - the honored artist of the USSR Eduard Gagarin. And even before he went to study to the well-known our fellow countryman, the young painter depicted on his canvases the Church of all Saints, located in the old cemetery of the city of Nikolaev, the Church of the Nativity of the virgin on lyagin street, Roman Catholic Cathedral of St. Joseph on Dekabristov street. Not once portrayed in the paintings and the dome-shaped building located at the intersection of Lenin Avenue and Sovetskaya street. After all, one only has to look at this building from afar, it is immediately obvious that this is a work of art.

Also in the paintings of Alexander Nikolayevich brought the island of Berezan - the way it can be seen from Ochakov and Rybakovka and as you can see arriving there.

And, probably, was not an artist who is not inspired by its beauty Myhiya. Alexander Koval already and does not remember how many times went to this "Nikolaev Switzerland" as I do not remember how many paintings of the picturesque corners.

Since 1994, A. N. Koval is a member of the regional creative Association of the city of Nikolaev "prybuzhzhia". Has repeatedly been the winner of regional, all-Ukrainian and international exhibitions and art competitions. His paintings are in museums and private collections Ukrayiny, Russia, Italy, USA, Israel, China.
