    Yana Golovanevsky was born in 1979 in. Alma-Ata Kazakhstan
    She began painting from an early age
    Yana grew up in a creative family.
    He father ran a series of mobile art exhibitions and her mother was a senior researcher in the National Art Museum of Kazakhstan
    She nurtured her daughter's love of art and gave her a solid background of various painting techniques.
    In 1990 Yana's family repatriated to Israel. She graduated from Sligsbers high school, specializing in graphic design and art.
    Yana worked with the Jerusalem municipality, creating models, as well as with the Historical society of preservation of mountainous history. As a young student she collaborated with various Israeli artists, one of them was Mary Goldmintz. She participates in art shows, expos and professional competitions. Yana recently presented her work in “Pan Expo” in Israel. She took part in Crimea art expo on behalf of the ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. Her work was exhibited for months in the leading museums of the Crimea region.
    Yana's painting emerges from the subconscious. She developed her unique technique, combining geometric configurations, triangular shapes being her trade mark, creating three-dimensional spaces in bold, daring, teasing colors. Her world is filled with a potent mix of unrestricted joy, profound sadness, wild animalistic motives and enchanted landscapes. Raw, unfiltered and exquisite world of this promising young artist exposed to an inquisitive eye of a sophisticated viewer
