Semenov Valeriy was born in 1941 in Noginsk, Moscow region. First began to paint at school. Throughout his life he has actively engaged in painting. Worked as a graphic designer for the city of Noginsk. В1971 year he entered the Moscow state academic art school of memory of 1905 with a degree of graphic designer, while continuing to work at the enterprise as the main artist. The results of theses were recommended in the Moscow workshops of art Fund of the RSFSR for the position of artist-designer. Worked as a designer at the Moscow plant diaramno-layout works. Engaged in design works in Bauman (MSTU) n.a.Bauman Moscow on optical factory. Actively participated in regional exhibitions and competitions of paintings, posters and design.
Since 1977, he transferred to the workshop of the Moscow regional art Fund. Carried out design and decorative design work, as well as works of monumental character in different regions of the country. At arts councils have repeatedly observed his creativity to any work. Developed projects and carried out the supervision of construction and reconstruction of the Museum "Earth and man in Tashkent, the Museum of aviation VVA im. Gagarin.
