I moksin Eugene S. was born 29 June 1953. Graduated from the Samara Building Institute in 1975, specialty "Architecture". In 1980 he joined the Union of Architects of the USSR. In 1997 he exhibited his paintings in Prague. And since 1998 has regularly participated in exhibitions of the city of Ulyanovsk. I work with oil paints in the Style of "White vanguard" (vanguard with a smile), which is found in Prague.
