Reflections

In this work, a lot of attention is paid to reflection. They are so different and unpredictable. As is the case with decoration and geometry. It is possible to have everything in order and precise, but at the same time, slight discrepancies and fluctuations are also appropriate. This truth is observed in some places, but in others, it is abolished. I did not pursue fanaticism here. It is important to stop and reflect on whether this precise line is truly important, or if its celebration lies in its wandering nature. The painting also uses different textures, and not always in the usual places. There are clear lines in some areas, while in others they are visible through the light opening where the girl is standing. Time seems to have stopped, but it still manifests itself through the small textures in the air, the elements of the chariot, and the girl herself. There are lyrical digressions everywhere. Everything is ambiguous. Much attention is paid to light, the brilliance of gold and silver, but also to the matte finish and the uneven color scheme with the canvas visible in some places. This is what the girl is thinking about, and of course, about something of her own.
