Canvas on a stretcher, oil. Size 50x50 cm. In 1883, Claude Monet moved to Giverny, a picturesque town in Northern Normandy. There, he created his famous garden, complete with exotic plants, a pond adorned with water lilies, and a graceful Japanese-style bridge. It was in this enchanting setting that Monet spent three decades, dedicating them to creating a series of garden paintings.
