Petition of the Indian tribes of the United States Congress.
In January 1849, seven Indian tribes sent a petition to the U.S. President to allow them to move from Upper lake to Lower lake
The tribes represented by their totems: this is the crane, three marten, bear, sea people, sea cat. Ahead we see the leader of the crane tribe. Slight mark from the eyes of the head of the delegation forward facing the President, and the line running from the eye back to the lakes, indicates the subject of the request. The eyes and hearts of all six of the figures are connected with the eyes and heart of the crane. The lake and the road is very reliable as on a geographical map.
